  1. Heat up about the sauce. Mix about 1 cup of it with the ricotta to make it more spreadable. Add the seasonings and eggs to the ricotta. Grate the mozzarella and parmesan.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles. Drape them over the side of the pot or somewhere else so that they are not touching. They will stick to each other and tear.
  3. Put down three strips of lasagna in the casserole dish. Layer 1/2 of the ricotta, 1/3 of the mozzarella, 1/3 of the parmesan, 1/3 of the sauce, and 1/2 of your meat option. Put another layer of noodles, cheese, and meat with the same proportions. Finally, put 3 more strips of pasta on top and use the rest of the mozzarella, parmesan, and sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes at 425°F.
